A unique, sustainable brand identity for a restaurant based in Key Largo, Florida. fin & reef is a restaurant that serves healthy seafood dishes on a beachfront property while supporting and protecting the local reefs it takes inspiration from.
Lino Logo
The logo design for fin & reef was created through vectorizing a linocut print of a blacktip reef shark using a snorkel. Linocut lends itself to the healthy and sustainable nature of the restaurant through the varying stroke weights and natural print deviations. The blacktip reef shark alludes to the strong connection the restaurant has to the local reefs in Key Largo while the snorkel references the snorkeling and diving trops that fin & reef sells.
Clipboard Menu
The menu design for fin & reef is designed in with the local reefs in mind as well. It uses a clipboard format to allow for the customer to quickly browse the food, drinks and additional activities that fin & reef offers to allow them to remain engaged with the lively atmosphere. All of the materials used in this design are 100% reef safe and made from recycled materials.
